Hey there

This romantic and classic garden wedding at Green Gables Estate was a beautiful day filled with love and joy. Jen and Burke met towards the end of college at Harvard and survived two years long distance before reuniting in NYC. On one misty day in Central Park, alone at a secluded pond, Burke got down on one knee and asked Jen to spend forever with him.

And thus the wedding planning began. They wanted to have an intimate outdoor garden wedding, and with the help of their family and friends in Southern California they were able to find the perfect venue and vendors to fulfill their wedding dreams. Even though Jen was in her final year of medical school, she still found some time to bring together artful and meaningful details for their wedding including painting their floral table numbers, and putting together a table filled with old photographs of past weddings in their family. We loved the nostalgic feeling of those old film photos! Jen and Burke also hand made jam wedding favors and monogrammed a cornhole set to complete their summer garden party theme.

And on their wedding day, Jen and Burke tied the knot surrounded by their closest family and friends. We particularly loved Jen and Burke’s first look moment. The expression on Burke’s face says it all and their tearful exchange was so beautiful to witness. We couldn’t recommend this more to our future couples who are considering a first look. That intimate moment when it’s just the two of you seeing each other is truly priceless.

Jen’s smile was contagious. You could really feel how happy and joyful this day was for the two of them. And the toasts were so warm and heartfelt, particularly from Jen’s parents, there was not a dry eye in the room. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have been able to capture this wonderful time in Jen and Burke’s lives. It was truly a special day and one we will never forget!

Congratulations you two! We hope you had an amazing time in Southern France on your honeymoon!
