A Holman Ranch wedding turned intimate celebration at Montage Laguna Beach could not have been a more wonderful outcome for Claire and Tyler’s wedding day. Like so many 2020 couples, these two were faced with the difficult decision to postpone their larger celebration to ensure the safety of their family and friends. At the beginning of the year Claire and Tyler were living in New York, but with remote work flexibility they were able to join their families in California and figure out exactly how they were going to navigate the uncertainty of planning to tie the knot.
On a gorgeous, sunny October day these two said their I Do’s in front of the very closest of their family and friends in an outdoor ceremony overlooking the ocean, adjacent to Studio at Montage Laguna Beach. In Claire’s effortlessly chic style, she wore a beautiful and simple Ines di Santo gown with beading details on the bodice. A chapel length veil elegantly graced her beachy waves as she walked down the aisle towards her soon to be husband. Tyler looked dapper in his navy suit, as he smiled ear to ear seeing Claire as a bride for the first time.
These two are like a real-life Ken and Barbie with hearts of gold. The toasts were a true testament to the kind-hearted nature of Claire and Tyler. Their generosity and love for their family was so evident the entire day. I loved the moments Claire had with her dad and the amazing sunset light we got to catch in the nearby garden. It is safe to say that even though everything changed from what they initially planned for their dream wedding, they still had the most perfect wedding day in the end.
