Having traveled to Paris before when I (Jackie) was younger, I never expected to fall in love with the city as much as I did when Matt and I went last summer. There’s something about going with someone you love; there’s something about those grey rooftops, the cute outdoor cafes, and the magic of the city at sunrise. I loved our quiet mornings roaming the city when the air was just barely feeling the tendrils of summer heat. 

It was an added bonus that we got connected with Kendall and Marco, who were also traveling in France from Southern California at the same time.
