A wedding at Cal-a-Vie Spa is certainly one that dreams are made of. Cal-a-Vie Health Spa is a little slice of provincial France in the heart of Southern California. And it is such an exclusive wedding venue that it has been on my bucket list for years and years.

Arriving at the venue, I was first struck by the stunning old world windmill sitting atop a hill overlooking Cal-a-Vie Spa. I instantly knew this would make for a sweeping backdrop for our bride and groom’s portraits later in the day. Photographing a wedding editorial at Cal-A-Vie was everything I could have hoped for and more.

Designed and styled by an incredible vendor team, this romantic design stole my heart. It is proof that you don’t have to go abroad to have a stunning destination wedding. If you’re looking for a European venue close to home in California, look no further than Cal-A-Vie Health Spa. And if you’re like me, you will surely swoon at the romantic rose gardens with trimmed hedges, and old world stone buildings and massive wooden doors.
